The Strategic Game

Strategy You Can See, Build and Experience.

No dice. No cards. Every move is a decision.

STRATRACE turns organisational strategy into a shared visual experience — helping people see connections, discuss patterns and build alignment across its seven value areas.

How It Works

Shared board. Strategic choices. Visible business logic.

STRATRACE is played on a shared board using numbered, colour-coded letter tiles. Players build concepts, recognise patterns and make strategic decisions — each move reflecting a real organisational choice.

Unlike conventional strategy tools, STRATRACE makes the logic of organisational value visible. Players can see how decisions in one area create conditions — or constraints — in another.

The game is designed for groups: leadership teams, learning cohorts, workshop participants and anyone who benefits from shared strategic conversation.

The CLETOCIN Framework

The sequence that shapes the strategy.

CLETOCIN maps the seven value areas in sequence — from the awareness foundations of Culture and Leadership through to Innovation.

The race itself

Culture → Leadership → Employee Value → Talent → Operations → Customer Value → Innovation
Culture and Leadership are awareness foundations. Active play begins with Employee Value and continues through the remaining value areas.

Innovation

Innovation flows through three dimensions.

In STRATRACE, Innovation is not a single concept — it is a progression across three interconnected dimensions.

1

Configuration

How the organisation structures and arranges its resources, capabilities and relationships to create value.

2

Offering

What the organisation brings to those it serves — its products, services and solutions.

3

Experience

How value is delivered and felt — the quality of interaction, relationship and outcome.

Development Status
