Most strategy learning happens through frameworks, presentations and case studies. STRATRACE takes a different approach: it makes strategy visible, tangible and discussable — through a shared board that everyone in the room can see and engage with.

This creates conditions for genuine strategic conversation — not just about what to do, but about how the organisation works, what patterns it reinforces, and what it is becoming.
